Position Description

Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain it. This position is based at our Reading office.
Future Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Continuous Improvement and Logistic Support Management (CILSM) function within a key Defence programme, taking ownership of service‑management reporting, logistics coordination and change control.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Lead & deliver monthly KPI and quarterly Logistic Support reports.
* Coordinate the Weekly Change Management Control Board (CMCB) release schedule and approve Fast‑track CMCB submissions.
* Develop & maintain the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) document set, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Support secure asset register maintenance, mustering activities and onboarding/off‑boarding processes.
* Attend key Defence meetings, producing high‑quality minutes and ensuring timely follow‑up of actions.
* Support auditing of access lists and compliance with security and asset‑management procedures.
Required Qualifications
Strong organisational, reporting and coordination skills with an understanding of service‑management principles within a secure or Defence‑related environment.
What You Should Have
* Experience in Service Delivery Management, PMO or Cyber‑related roles.
* Strong knowledge of service reporting, change management or asset‑control processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficiency in reporting tools and Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to manage documentation and compliance within a secure or regulated environment.
* Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) or existing clearance preferred.
