Welder - Temp to Perm
Location: Oldham
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07.00 - 4.:15, Friday 07.00 - 12.15
Pay Rate: £14.50 - £15.50
Our client, based in Oldham, is looking to recruit an Welder to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term role, with the potential to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.
The Role:
* Welding and fabrication of steel
* Cutting of metal to required size
* Using hand and power tools (full training provided)
* Manual handling - good physical fitness is essential
Requirements:
* Recent, solid work history (work references will be checked at interview stage)
* Welding experience is essential
* Hands-on, practical skills
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills (tests will be carried out at interview)
* Reliability, good attention to detail, and willingness to learn
