Salary:£13.31 per hour
Hours:Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Shifts:8:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–10:00pm (rota-based)
Driving Licence Preferred:Full UK Manual

Your Role as a Care Team Leader
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and mentoring a team of Support Workers
* Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered
* Supporting individuals with daily routines and personal goals
* Conducting staff supervisions, interviews, and ongoing development
* Promoting best practices and safeguarding standards
* Communicating effectively with staff, the people we support, and external professionals
* Maintaining accurate records and using IT systems confidently
Please note:You will be working on arota basis, andshift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts.
