Key Benefits and Reward: • Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience • Flexible working arrangements (2-3 days per week in office) • 33 days annual leave entitlement (including bank holidays) • Private healthcare • Gym membership • Company pension Your New Role as Finance Manager: Working closely alongside Directors, as Finance Manager your responsibilities will include: • Ownership of monthly management accounts preparation • Preparing budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial models • Variance analysis and trends analysis, offering insight as required • Utilising financial data for scenario planning, to aid strategic decision making • Support HODs to allocate and monitor budgets • KPI monitoring • Implementing and enhancing financial systems, procedures and robust controls • Management of all invoicing, credit control and company payroll Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply: To be considered for this Finance Manager role, you will ideally be fully qualified or approaching full qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), and be proven in a similar level position. A forward thinking approach with strong commercial acumen is essential as this role plays a key part in driving ongoing business growth. Knowledge of Xero is advantageous with good systems/analytical capabilities.
