An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Children's Home Manager with 2 years of experience to join a reputable organisation dedicated to supporting children and young people. This full-time role offers a salary of up to £67,000 for 40 hours per week and benefits.
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care and compliance with all regulations. Your responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
2. Upholding safeguarding and child protection procedures while fostering a transparent culture.
3. Enhancing staff knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
4. Providing strong leadership and effective people management.
5. Optimising resource deployment for efficient service delivery.
6. Managing financial performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager, Homecare Manager, Children's Home Manager, or in a similar role.
* At least 2 years' recent experience working in Children's Homes, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
* Understanding of relevant legislation and Ofsted regulations.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Ideally, a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or Leadership and Management.
* Enhanced DBS check.
