Primary Teaching Assistants Needed – Stafford
Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support local primary schools in the ST17 area of Stafford. This is a great opportunity for anyone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Your Role:
Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities
Work with children individually and in small groups to support learning progress
Assist with classroom organisation and resources
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
Support pupils with additional needs where required
Who We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable
Patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners
Adaptable and reliable, able to work across different age groups
Confident with behaviour management
