Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and databases ensuring data integrity at all times Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters. Support onboarding processes for new employees, including induction arrangements. Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies. Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required. Collaborate with team members to support various HR initiatives and projects.Profile A successful HR Administrator should have: Ideally 2 year experience within HR or similar role A good understanding of HR policies and procedures. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
