Job Description
Are you passionate about sports or providing excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will play a vital role in the Entain family, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards daily. Working in our lively Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are alike. You'll contribute to a team that succeeds together and prioritizes our customers' needs.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you'll be part of the Shop team, serving customers and fostering rapport to encourage repeat business.

Salary: £12.50 per hour
What you will do
* Deliver outstanding customer service.
* Promote safer gambling practices.
* Take bets on various sports and events.
* Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
* Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers.
* Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
* Work towards set targets and goals.
* Maintain high shop standards.
* Open or close the shop as needed.
Working patterns
Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, depending on the location, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will typically be 15 hours, comprising a mix of long opening shifts (post-training), long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, varying weekly. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop.
We value work-life balance and will provide your rota at least four weeks in advance.

* You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service!
* Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
* Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and calmly.
