We are looking for a committed and caring SEN Support Assistant to join a specialist educational setting supporting pupils aged 5 to 16. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to children and young people with additional needs.

You will be supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including:
* Autism spectrum conditions
* Communication and interaction difficulties
* Social, emotional and mental health needs
* Additional learning and sensory needs
Support is tailored to each pupil, focusing on building confidence, independence and engagement.

What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 6 months’ childcare experience, particularly supporting children with SEN
* Experience in a primary or secondary setting is desirable
* A full UK driving licence is essential due to the school’s location
* Patient, flexible and proactive approach
* Right to work in the UK
