👥 About the Role:
We're looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join the Adults Services Team in Macclesfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults in need of support while working within a professional and supportive environment.
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
1. 🧠 Assess the need for social work services, identify risks and protection needs, and determine appropriate interventions.
2. 🤝 Liaise and collaborate with other professionals, statutory, and voluntary agencies to provide the best outcomes for clients.
3. 📋 Manage and monitor your allocated caseload, ensuring all work complies with statutory obligations and council policies.
4. 🗂️ Maintain accurate and timely records of all work undertaken.
5. 💬 Participate in supervision sessions, team meetings, and make use of all available training opportunities.
6. 💡 Contribute to the development and evaluation of services by sharing knowledge and good practice.
7. 🎓 Supervise students where appropriate.
