We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced administrator to join our friendly, caring and passionate team.
You will support the Office Manager in coordinating daily activities and provide administrative support to the training team. Your duties include responding to training inquiries, handling bookings, and liaising with guest speakers. Additionally, you will assist the office team with routine administrative tasks and office requirements, including maintaining and updating our internal CRM system.
This is a varied role which would suit an excellent communicator who enjoys working with a supportive close-knit team.
You will need previous experience of general office administration, competency in using Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel – as well as good time management, attention to detail, a good telephone manner and be proficient in use of Teams and Zoom platforms.
Location – Unit 2, Killingbeck Drive, Leeds, LS14 6UF
Hours – 22.5 hours per week
Salary – £15,558 per year
