Who They Are Looking For
We are keen to speak with established legal professionals who are:
* Partner-level or senior lawyers with at least 6–7 years PQE (ideally 10+ years PQE)

* Entrepreneurial and confident in their ability to generate and manage their own work
* Interested in a non-traditional legal career path with greater autonomy and higher earnings
* Experienced in building and/or growing a practice
* Ex-Magic Circle or Big Law experience is welcomed
* Open to working in a revenue-sharing environment
