About the Role
This is a newly created Facilities Coordinator role, joining a close-knit Workplace & Administration team within the London office. A hands‑on and varied position, you will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day‑to‑day basis, maintaining high standards across facilities, meeting spaces and employee services.
Responsibilities
* Managing kitchens, meeting rooms and shared office spaces to ensure they remain well‑presented and fully stocked.
* Coordinating catering for meetings, events and employee initiatives.
* Supporting day‑to‑day facilities operations, including supplies, deliveries and inventory management.
* Liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure a seamless workplace experience.
* Supporting health, safety and sustainability initiatives.
* Working closely with colleagues across the office to provide a first‑class internal service.
Candidate Specification
* Previous experience within facilities, hospitality, workplace services or front‑of‑house support.
* A proactive, hands‑on approach with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
* Well organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities.
* A flexible and service‑focused mindset.
