Relief Front of House Supervisor Ideal Profile:
Has a positive and proactive attitude towards work, aiming to support the overall success of the business

Possesses strong organizational skills to effectively manage and guide the Front of House team
Adapts well to change and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

Relief Front of House Supervisor Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management to organize and lead the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily operations
Oversee service areas, including taking food and drink orders and ensuring exceptional guest experiences
Delegate tasks effectively to team members, promoting efficient and high-quality service
Participate in training opportunities to enhance catering and hospitality management skills
Address customer concerns or issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining the venues reputation
Work with colleagues across departments to ensure teamwork and achieve shared objectives
