With a strong presence in manufacturing, automation, and engineering industries, we support innovation and operational efficiency across countless businesses.This opportunity is with a world-renowned supplier of precision mechanical components serving manufacturers across industries, including automotive, medical, electronics, and more.We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Field Sales Representative to drive business growth in a designated territory. The successful candidate will develop relationships, promoting configurable and standard component solutions to meet their manufacturing needs.

Job Description

3. Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
5. Build strong relationships with engineers and purchasing decision-makers.
6. Conduct on-site customer visits, product demos, and solution presentations.
7. Collaborate with internal application engineers and product managers to support client needs.
8. Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM.
9. Provide market feedback to support continuous improvement and product development.
10. Represent the brand professionally at industry events and trade shows (as needed).

The Successful Applicant

11. Field sales experience in industrial, mechanical, automation, or manufacturing components (preferred).
12. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
13. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain component solutions.
14. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
15. Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong time-management skills.
16. Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
17. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
