Your new role
As Portfolio Manager, you will oversee client portfolios post-onboarding, focusing on collections and arrears management. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring portfolio health. Key responsibilities include;
1. Managing and monitoring lending portfolios, ensuring timely collections and arrears resolution.
2. Developing strategies to mitigate risk and maintain performance.
3. Liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
4. Providing regular reporting and insights to senior management.
