Office Administrator (Part-Time)
Bangor (BT19)
On behalf of our client, a growing local Engineering business McKinty Associates are seeking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a Part-Time Basis.
The ideal candidate will be available 3 days per week, however other working patterns will be considered.
Key Duties:
* To provide excellent customer service as the main point of contact for the business.
* General administration support to team members.
* Answering calls, responding to emails.
* Open and distribute mail as appropriate.
* Accurate filing, record keeping and data entry
* Typing various documents and electronic information.
* Dealing with queries from customers.
* Dairy management of Engineers.
* Relevant ad hoc duties as required.
Eligibility criteria:
* Education to include a minimum of 3 GCSE’s grade C or above or equivalent.
* Computer literate – including strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Excellent administration & organisational skills.
* Highly computer literate including strong Excel skills.
* Excellent communicator and able to build relationships and rapport.
* Good numeracy aptitude and keen eye for detail.
* Ability to multitask, manage deadlines and workload.
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
