* Degree qualified in an engineering or other relevant subject
* UK experience within a public, private, or third sector UK-based client
* Detailed knowledge of the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (all options)
* Demonstrable technical knowledge and project experience within highway engineering
* A successful track record of delivering infrastructure projects using NEC3 or 4, including control of the commercial aspects
* Good knowledge and understanding of CDM Regulations
* Experience working in a client-facing environment and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in people management and working in diverse, multi-disciplined teams
* A full UK driving licence
* Working knowledge of MS Project
* APM/PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
