As Head of Project Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of project delivery—from initial planning through to final installation and client sign-off. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities of the Head of Project Delivery Provide strategic leadership across project management and installation functions. Develop and support team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews. Drive cost control and budget adherence across all operational activities. Introduce and embed effective project management methodologies and tools. Lead client communications and resolve escalations with professionalism and empathy. Champion continuous improvement through data-led analysis and cross-team collaboration.
