Job Description
Monarch Education are currently seeking a cohort of Level 2 and 3 Teaching Assistants to work with a large group of schools based around South Bristol. The group of schools are looking for candidates with a passion and excitement for benefiting children's learning and personal development. We are looking for people to work in both a mainstream setting and SEND setting. The right candidate must have experience in either one of these settings or clear and visible transferable skills.
The schools you'll be working with range from an Ofsted rating of "GOOD" to the rating of "OUTSTANDING". All the schools share a similar ethos of approaching learning with an exciting and engaging attitude, with a huge emphasis on inclusivity and diversity within the school setting. They're ideally looking for candidates to start at the beginning of the new academic year to embed themselves within the schools' culture.
This particular role allows flexibility as you can decide whether to operate on a part-time or full-time basis. If this isn't for you, we can offer alternative roles based on the days and hours you would like to work, and the schools you would like to support. We have excellent rates of pay between £90 and £100 a day, and you can choose the type of payroll you would like (we offer both Umbrella and PAYE).
