The Quality Assurance Assistant supports the Quality Assurance Manager in maintaining the quality system, conducting internal audits, and updating documentation to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.
1. Main Responsibilities:
2. Manage stock activities, including daily updates, managing repeats list and stock systems.
3. Review stock levels and expiry dates.
4. Coordinate with QAM to investigate and resolve stock issues.
5. Handle product returns, complaints, and quarantines.
6. Review suspended or revoked licenses regularly.
7. Raise purchase orders and invoices.
8. Maintain the GDP (Good Distribution Practice) area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
9. Participate in relevant training and programs as required.
10. Perform stock checks and warehouse activities such as deliveries, stock transfers, and orders, especially during busy periods or staff absence.
11. Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the organization.
Qualifications
* Good command of written and spoken English and Mathematics, ideally GSCE (or equivalent) standard.
Experience
* Experience in a Pharmaceutical/GXP environment is desirable.
* Experience in a Quality Assurance role is desirable.
* Interest or background in medical cannabis is desirable.
