Your days will be spent building strong, trusting relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and healthcare partners, restoring confidence in the service and positioning Windmill Lodge as the provider of choice in the region.
You’ll lead a large, multidisciplinary team, inspiring pride, ownership, and accountability at every level.
