As a Project Manager, you will lead and deliver key projects that support our Leadership Management Board's vision. In this role, you will have the authority to direct both internal and external staff seconded to project teams, ensuring successful project execution while maintaining business-as-usual activities. What you'll be doing Identify and engage key stakeholders, and build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Manage project budgets, gather and analyse data to support business cases, and monitor progress. Develop comprehensive documentation for organizational change programs, including role profiles, operating manuals, and process flows. Support project team members, ensuring adherence to standard working practices and empowering colleagues to deliver excellent service. Plan, prioritise, and manage workflows to meet project deadlines, while staying updated with industry trends and delivering effective presentations. Prepare project initiation documents and progress reports, and contribute to the overall change management agenda. What you'll need to have The ability to build and manage co-operative and productive relationships. Effective workflow and process development. Familiar with methods and techniques associated with planning and monitoring progress of projects. Experience of having delivered at least two projects featuring the implementation of COTS/Packaged software solutions and a clear understanding of how to approach such projects. Experience of Financial Services or other regulated industries. Proficient in techniques which help in analysing, modelling and understanding a business and its operation. Understands the functional structure of businesses and other organisations; their mission, objectives, strategies and critical success factors.
