Full-time Contract

EF Education First is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Homestay Accommodation Manager to lead our accommodation operations at the EF Torquay International Language Campus.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee our homestay and private accommodation network, ensuring every student enjoys a true “home away from home” experience. You’ll manage and inspire a dedicated team, strengthen relationships with hosts and suppliers, and drive continuous improvements in quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will manage all aspects of our homestay programme including creating and implementing recruitment plans and marketing campaigns, analysing data to maximize ROI, onboarding & coaching of recruiters, telemarketing and database optimization and providing service to our students & community of hosts. Responsibilities

* Manages recruitment, re-registration & monitoring of suitable homestay & private home accommodation
* Manages a team of full time and part time homestay coordinators, recruiters and visitors
* Supervisesthe teamto ensure their targets are met, provides guidance to the team and makes sure that daily, weekly and quarterly deadlines are met
* Manages Lead generation - Identify potential new opportunities and recruitment channels
* Ensures students are allocated to appropriate accommodation within EFGold Standardsand in accordance with EF Torquay’s safeguarding policy for under 18’s
* Ensures student queries regarding accommodation are handled and logged appropriately with regard for excellent customer service
* Monitors student evaluation of accommodation and responds to comments and complaints to ensure a satisfactory resolution
* Liaises with finance department to ensure prompt and accurate payment to accommodation providers

Requirements

* Team management experience and proven leadership skills
* Ability to ensure your personal & team’s KPIs are met
* Motivated by working with challenging targets
* Sales orientated
* Confident with ITand different systems
* A flexible approach to work and hours of work
* Highly organised with attention to details
* Ability to handle difficult situations with ease & remain calm & positive under pressure
* Enjoys working in busy & varied environment

* Right to work in the UK at commencement of employment
