Our client is seeking experienced Painter and Decorator for a temporary contract on a project in Totton.This vacancy is being advertised by a recruitment agency acting on behalf of the employer.

Key Duties
* Carry out all aspects of painting and decorating, including preparation, priming, and finishing surfaces
* Apply paints, varnishes, and other finishes to a high standard
* Work at height using access equipment (MEWPs) in line with IPAF training
* Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and stripping where necessary
* Ensure all work areas are kept clean and tidy
* Follow health and safety regulations at all times
* Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
* Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members
Requirements
* Valid IPAF ticket (Categories 3A & 3B)
* Valid CSCS card
* Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
* Ability to work at height safely and confidently
* Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
* Good understanding of health and safety practices on site
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
