About the Role: Looking for an Assistant Garment Tech who will be supporting the Garment Technology team across the full production lifecycle, this role ensures products meet quality, fit and manufacturing standards while hitting critical delivery dates. Working closely with designers, factories and internal teams, you’ll play a key role in turning designs into production-ready garments. Responsibilities: Support in resolving garment fit or quality issues across sampling and production stages Assist in the creation and maintain tech packs, specs and block libraries Measuring garments to ensure factories have followed graded specs accurately Support in fit sessions, record comments and measure garments to graded specs Check, fit and approve shipment samples, ensuring labelling and standards are met Manage garment testing, wearer trials and compliance ahead of bulk production Review factory AQLs, returns data and flag quality concerns To organize and coordinate wearer trials Attend critical path meetings to support on-time delivery Communicate with suppliers and build strong factory relationships Partner with HO, stores and warehouse teams; respond to queries promptly Conduct store, competitor and DC visits and maintain accurate PLM records Keep department filing and fit rails organised Skills: Strong understanding of garment fit, construction and quality standards High attention to detail with excellent organisation and admin skills Confident communicator with suppliers and cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proactive, solutions-focused and quality-driven Employee Benefits: 33 days annual leave for full time employees (25 days holiday 8 bank holidays) A day off to celebrate your birthday.
