* Planning, delivering and developing teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles

Qualifications
* Enthusiastic, resilient, and highly motivated teacher
* Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Level 3 qualification or relevant NVQ (or equivalent)
* Level 4 teaching qualification (Certificate in Education, PGCE, Bachelor of Education) or required to achieve Level 5 Diploma (DTLLS) or equivalent within 3 years of appointment
* Evidence of current Continuous Professional Development
* Relevant assessment qualifications (IQA/A1/V1) desirable
