They need an office manager to join their team, responsible for managing suppliers and contracts for the office and it's consumables, producing reports for directors, light HR duties and other ad-hoc administrative support for the business. The role: Manage relationships and renewals of contracts with suppliers for the office, both facilities and consumables Reporting to, and producing reports for Directors Light HR duties, such as absence/leave management, onboarding documentation, point of contact for queries Administrative support to the team of solicitors Meet and greet clients where appropriateThe ideal Office Manager will have: Office management experience (preferred) or senior admin or PA experience Experience within a professional services environment, law firm preferred, other professional services will still be considered A broad range of experience, able to juggle multiple responsibilities utilising different skill sets Maturity and understanding of confidentiality Outstanding organisational skills, both to support in fulfilling your duties and contributing to office productivityInterested?
