About the Company
A fast-growing employee financial wellbeing platform enables workers to access their earnings as they earn them, alongside rewards, savings tools, and financial education. The platform is designed to improve financial health, reduce stress, and boost employee retention and productivity for employers.
The company was recently backed by a major PE-funded payroll & HR tech group, supporting significant growth and expansion opportunities. Despite this corporate backing, it maintains the dynamic, fast-paced environment typical of a startup.
The marketing team is small (currently one dedicated marketer), offering this role broad scope and ownership, with agency support available for areas outside the candidate's core expertise.
