We're looking for an experienced
Enterprise
Account Manager
to drive expansion and deepen relationships with our enterprise clients. You'll be part of a collaborative POD model, working alongside Customer Success to deliver real value and long-term success for our clients throughout Europe.

What You'll Do
* Own and grow sales relationships with assigned accounts
* Lead the sales process on assigned opportunities from need analysis to closing
* Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support renewals
* Build compelling business cases aligned with customer priorities at the corporate level
* Collaborate closely with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Services teams
* Maintain accurate forecasts and activity in Salesforce
* Create and deliver persuasive presentations and respond to client needs
What You Bring
* 5+ years in account management, customer success, or new business
* SaaS experience is essential (B2B, Enterprise preferred)
* Strong understanding of the manufacturing sector is a major plus
* Excellent English; additional European language skills such as German, French, Spanish, or Dutch are highly valued
* Good change management skills, navigating stakeholders, and building long-term value
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Willingness to travel (typically 1 - 2 client visits per month)
