Confidently present menus, serve food and beverages, and maintain service standards throughout each event. Anticipate guest needs and provide a seamless, personalised experience. Maintain excellent attention to detail, professionalism, and presentation at all times. Work closely with managers, supervisors, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service delivery. What We're Looking For ✅ Minimum 12 months' experience as a waiter within a fine dining, luxury hospitality, or silver service environment. ✅ Strong understanding of fine dining service standards and guest expectations. ✅ Professional, polished, and guest-focused approach. ✅ Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. ✅ Availability to work evenings and weekends.
