Key Responsibilities - Prepare and cook high-quality meals to specification - Collaborate with a supportive kitchen team. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment - Monitor food stock and place orders as needed. - Adhere to food safety and health & safety standards - Support smooth kitchen operations to ensure consistent service Requirements - Previous experience in a Chef role (e.g. Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, or Sous Chef) - Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment - Enthusiastic team player with a love for food and attention to detail - Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy kitchen environment - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
