We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £40,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits include a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance, and death in service.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Driving performance to meet KPIs for productivity, quality, and attendance
* Leading daily team briefings and fostering strong communication
* Managing Health & Safety compliance and promoting safe working practices
* Identifying training needs and supporting staff development
* Monitoring equipment usage and maintaining operational standards
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven leadership experience with a fast-paced logistics/supply chain environment (FMCG environments preferred)
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* Understanding on Health & Safety and Warehouse Systems
* Analytical skills with a proactive mindset
