Internal Sales Representative
Location: North of Bedford (Transport Essential)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Mon - Fri, 7.30am - 4.00pm or 8.30am - 5.00pm
Salary: £28,500 - £32,500 per annum
Our agency is recruiting on behalf of a market-leading supplier based just North of Bedford. They are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Internal Sales Representative to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent role based at a relaxed yet professional office environment near Bedford.
This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing orders accurately and efficiently
Maintaining records within CRM and accounts systems
Providing after-sales support and resolving issues
Coordinating deliveries, chasing ETAs and PODs
Organising hire agreements and equipment installations
Liaising with customers regarding off-hire dates
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in a customer-focused role Previous
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Experience with both hire and sales processes
Motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn
