About the Role
As our Chef/ cook, you will play an important part in daily life at the service by preparing balanced, enjoyable meals that meet a variety of dietary needs and personal preferences. You will work closely with support staff and clients to plan menus that promote choice, independence, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals for our clients each day
2. Plan weekly menus with input from clients and staff
3. Cater for individual dietary requirements, allergies, and cultural needs
4. Maintain excellent hygiene standards and ensure full compliance with food safety regulations
5. Manage kitchen stock, ordering, and budget awareness alongside the registered manager.
