Are you a Psychology graduate eager to gain hands-on experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) or behavioural challenges?
We’re looking for compassionate, enthusiastic graduates to join school teams across Surrey. You’ll be working closely with children with a range of needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and trauma-related challenges.

Your role will involve:
Providing 1:1 or small group support
Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour
Working collaboratively with teachers and therapists
Building positive relationships with students
Helping maintain a calm, supportive learning environment
We’re looking for candidates who have:
✔ A degree in Psychology (or a related field)
✔ A genuine interest in working with children with SEN
✔ Patience, empathy, and a calm approach
✔ Some experience with children (preferred but not essential)
✔ Availability for at least 3 days per week during term time
