Contentious Probate Consultant
Location: Remote (London-based) with occasional visits to a central office in Romford (1–3 times per month)
Earning Structure: Generous fee split in your favour
Billing Requirement: Minimum £150,000 per year

The Role
As a Consultant Solicitor, you’ll manage your own caseload of Contentious Probate matters, including:
* Inheritance Act claims
* Trust and estate disputes
* Complex will challenges and related litigation
You’ll have the independence to shape your practice while benefiting from an established infrastructure that provides full compliance, operational, and administrative support.
What We’re Looking For
* Extensive experience in Contentious Probate and related litigation
* A strong client following and proven ability to generate at least £150,000 in annual billings
* A self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach
* The ability to work flexibly and maintain professional relationships within a consultant network
