This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a vital industry, working at the heart of communications that shape culture, strategy, and employee engagement. You’ll partner with senior leaders, business teams, and executives to deliver clear, engaging, and impactful communications that ensure colleagues - whether in the office, field, or customer-facing roles, feel connected and informed.
You’ll also play a key role in crisis and incident communications as part of our on-call rota, helping us respond quickly and effectively when urgent updates are needed.
As An Internal Communications Business Partner, You Will

* Support campaigns that drive awareness and engagement with key priorities such as sustainability, safety, transformation, and customer service.
* Build strong relationships across the business to gather insights and shape messaging.
* Monitor and measure communication effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.
* Coordinate and deliver internal events including all-employee calls, team briefings, and town halls.

* Partner with executives and senior leaders to help them deliver on their strategic objectives.
About You
You’re confident, resilient, and passionate about the power of great communication. You thrive in collaborative environments, building trusted relationships across all levels of the business. You’re equally comfortable drafting content for newsletters, intranet updates, videos, or digital signage as you are supporting leaders to communicate clearly and confidently with their teams.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Brings
* Proven experience in internal communications, HR, or employee engagement roles
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sharp attention to detail
* A proactive, can-do attitude and strong organisational skills
* Confidence using digital tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Poppulo, and CMS platforms
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in fast-paced situations
* Resilience and flexibility to support crisis communications outside of standard hours
What We Offer
* Competitive salary and benefits package.
* Hybrid working options for flexibility.
* Exposure to executives and senior leaders, with opportunities to shape communications at the highest level.
* A collaborative, supportive team of five.
* Career progression opportunities, including lateral moves and professional development.
* The chance to make your mark in a vital industry, exploring new ideas and channels to reach colleagues wherever they are.
