Providing lifecycle construction delivery solutions across a diverse project portfolio of quality projects, a successful local business is seeking a Finishing Manager to oversee the completion of a mixed refurb and new build housing scheme in North Devon.Due for completion late summer, the finishes are well underway so we are in need of a diligent and methodical individual with a great eye for detail able to co-ordinate and mentor the trades on site whilst reporting into a visiting Project Manager.SMSTS, CSCS & First aid at work will be essential for the role as is previous experience gained at Assistant/Site or Finishing Manager level and a sound knowledge of finishing packages.
