Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitality / General Manager based in Liverpool. The HGM will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless coordination of food and beverage services. Responsibilities include managing and training staff, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining high-quality service standards, and collaborating with teams to enhance guest experiences. The role will have a heavy focus on managing the corporate hospitality at the club, pitching to local business in the area and managing our memebrs. The role also involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities, with a focus on addressing feedback and ensuring guest satisfaction
* Expertise in Food & Beverage management, with knowledge of menu planning, inventory management, and service standards
* Experience in Hospitality operations, including overseeing schedules, staff performance, and event coordination
* Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members effectively to uphold high service standards
* Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues efficiently
* Proficiency in using hospitality management software and tools is a plus
* Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
