Property Manager Location: Birmingham Full-time: Monday - Friday with 9:00am till 17:30pm hours Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Bonus We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations, leasing, marketing, and resident experience across two student accommodation communities in Birmingham. This role is central to ensuring an outstanding living experience for residents while meeting leasing and financial targets, maintaining property standards, and leading the on-site teams. What You’ll Do As Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of each property. Your responsibilities will include: Operations & Facilities: Managing check-ins, maintenance, utilities, and security to keep the properties running smoothly. Leasing & Marketing: Oversee lettings and renewals to maximise occupancy and revenue. Student Experience: Creating a safe, welcoming environment and organising community events that make the estate feel like home. Compliance & Standards: Ensuring all regulations, audits, and safety checks are met. Team Leadership: Recruiting, mentoring, and managing staff, while working closely with all stakeholders. Resident Relations: Maintain positive customer service outlook, handle all resident complaints and suggestions What We’re Looking For Experience managing student accommodation or build to rent schemes. Strong leadership skills with a people-first approach. Commercial acumen and a track record of optimising occupancy and efficiency. Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially with a student demographic.
