Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced IT First Line Support to join our IT Team on a permanent basis Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30, at our state of the art manufacturing facility in Tamworth.

Responsibilities
* First point of call for our internal IT support.
* Communicates effectively with users to identify issues and update tickets.
* Triage of incoming queries and providing direct support.
* Liaise with other members of the IT team, third party providers, and other users to resolve problems.
* Identify and suggest improvements based on feedback from users.
* Time management of requests to ensure SLAs are being met.
* Works closely with and supports the IT team as required as part of projects and improvements.
* Take an active role in providing support across our manufacturing operations, including the shop floor and warehouse where needed.
* Undertakes duties in accordance with all relevant management systems and controls.
What You’ll Need
* Previous experience as a 1st line support within a fast-paced manufacturing business.
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage expectations, whilst working to deadlines and SLAs.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience working with Active Directory and Group Policy, Exchange, and Windows Server.
