Salary: OTE £50,000

Are you passionate about property and love the buzz of helping customers find their dream home? We’re looking for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join our growing team at a leading new build developer in Shaftesbury. This role is Weekend Working (1 in 4 Off by Request)
Whether you’re an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor or an Estate Agent with exposure to new builds, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
*
Delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with buyers
*
Working from a beautifully presented show home and sales suite
*
Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams
*
Hitting and exceeding sales targets to maximise your OTE
What We’re Looking For:
*
Experience in new homes sales is preferred, but we will also consider Estate Agents with new build exposure
*
Strong customer focus and confident communication skills
*
Proactive, self-motivated and target-driven
*
Able to work weekends (with 1 weekend off in every 4 by request)
*
Knowledge of the local property market is a bonus
