We currently have permanent, part-time Registered Nurse opportunities available in our clients Glasgow Care Home. These are permanent positions, working for a respected care provider who offer the highest standards of care to both the elderly and younger adults. The service offers care for residents with a varying range of medical conditions. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their well-being, and assisting in their medical needs. Your expertise and dedications to nursing will contribute to the overall health and happiness of the residents.

Requirements
* Fully qualified Nurse with a current NMC Registration & NMC Pin
* The right to live & work in the UK
* A minimum 1 year’s “post qual" Nursing experience
* A working knowledge of ECP (electronic care planning)
* Adaptable to your environment & change
* An Understanding of National Care Standards & Codes of Conducts
* A commitment to providing a standard of care that exceeds both company and industry standards
Role Responsibilities
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents
* Administer medications and treatments, adhering to medical prescriptions and care plans
* Complete physical/ psychological assessments of new residents on admission
* Monitor and record vital signs, health status, and changes in resident’s conditions
* Collaborate with the care team to develop and update individual care plans
* Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and families
* Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for residents
* Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as necessary
* Maintain accurate medical records and reports
* Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals
* Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations
* Stay updated on current medical practices
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with active NMC nursing pin
* Proven experience as a registered nurse in a care setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing healthcare needs
* Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
