Senior Private Client Solicitor (7+ PQE)
Location: Winchester
Contract: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 total remuneration package
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor (7+ PQE) to join a well-regarded and established Private Client team based in Winchester.
The Role
You will manage a high-quality and varied Private Client caseload, including:
* Drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust
* Probate and estate administration
* Tax and estate planning
* Court of Protection matters
* Advising elderly and vulnerable clients with care, discretion and professionalism
Alongside fee-earning, you will:
* Support and mentor junior members of the team
* Contribute to business development and departmental growth
* Represent the firm through networking, referrals and client engagement
* Play a visible role within a collaborative and well-established Private Client department
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years' PQE in Private Client law
* Existing client following
* Strong technical expertise across Wills, Probate, Estate Planning and Court of Protection
* Confident managing files independently from instruction to completion
* Excellent communication skills with a strong client-care focus
* Leadership qualities and willingness to support and develop others
