ABOUT YOU
We are currently seeking someone who has a background in Food Service or Retail Food to join our global organisation as a QSR Retail Auditor and join us on a zero-hours contract to cover the Northern Ireland region.
Required skills and experience:
* Experience working in a retail, restaurant, or food factory/processing environment alongside experience of being audited, or conducting audits, would be highly desirable
* Ideally, have previous work experience in the Food Service industry, with some exposure to Food Safety, however, full training can be provided by our experienced team
* Level 2, 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification is advantageous
* Level 2, 3 or Level 4 HACCP qualification is advantageous
* Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in a Restaurant/Food environment
* Mathematics and English GCSEs, or equivalent, are essential
* Full UK Driving licence and own car
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Food Retail Auditor, you will be part of Intertek SAI Global business and will be travelling to client sites to conduct the audit for a variety of Food and Restaurant clients, including Fast Food chains, High Street Restaurants, and Commercial Food Venues on a zero-hours contract.
