We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on "Interim Finance Manager", to join our client during a period of transition and growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to make an immediate impact in a successful SME business. Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Produce timely and insightful management accounts and financial reports. Producing month and year end close. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimisation. Liaise with external auditors and ensure audit readiness. Provide strategic financial input to senior leadership. Mentor and support junior finance team members. Key Requirements: Qualified Accountant required (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), will consider QBE with the right skills set. Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role. Working knowledge of Sage 50 essential for the role Strong technical accounting skills and commercial acumen. Excellent Excel and financial systems knowledge.
