RESPONSIBILITIES As part of the expanding Bristol team, you will manage a varied caseload, including: * Unfair and wrongful dismissal claims * Discrimination and harassment cases under the Equality Act 2010 * Settlement agreements and exit packages * Employment Tribunal preparation and hearings Requirements * Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with experience in claimant employment law. * Strong client care and communication skills, able to manage cases independently from advice through to resolution. * Commercially aware, organised, and proactive with the ability to manage a varied caseload. * A collaborative, approachable team player who fits naturally into a close-knit, supportive team environment. * Someone who enjoys building positive relationships with colleagues and clients, values work-life balance, and contributes to a friendly, fun, and inclusive office culture. * Confident to be yourself, express your ideas, and thrive in a team where personality and professional excellence are equally valued.
