Building Services Contract Manager M&E Service Provider Kings Cross - London £65,000 Salary £5,000 Car Allowance Annual Bonus Pension Etc Our customer are a well established and growing FM Service provider, operating in both the UK and Europe, who seek a Contract / Operations Manager to join the team delivering M&E services one of their long-held accounts in Central London, close to Kings Cross. This organisation are responsible for planned and reactive maintenance to electrical, mechanical and general building services systems within this building, with the Contract Manager taking on Profit & Loss management, reducing WIP, management of a team of multi-skilled engineers, support staff as well as liaison with specialist contractors to deliver a 5* service.
