Scope of the Role
Over recent years the commercial property department has seen significant growth and seeks to capitalize on this by recruiting a knowledgeable and talented Commercial Property Solicitor. The role will require the solicitor to provide advice on the full remit of commercial property law, including leases, commercial developments, freehold and leasehold commercial properties, acquisitions and disposals. Ideal candidates will also be able to advise on high‑value residential transactions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Sound technical expertise across all areas of commercial property law.
* Working knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
* Minimum 2+ years’ experience in commercial property law.
* Experience in sales and purchases, landlord and tenant, leases, acquisitions and disposals.
* Ability to work closely with the Head of Department and gain exposure to a wide and varied caseload.

The department is looking for an additional Commercial Property Lawyer who can hit the ground running with their own caseload of files. Covering a diverse client base, you will advise commercial landlords, tenants, developers, and businesses on all types of real estate transactions.
